KNRTU-KAI, or more precisely, the future Interactive Museum of Technology inside the Tu-144 aircraft, joined the world football festival.
On Friday, July 6, Kazan hosted the last match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup among those scheduled to be held in the capital of Tatarstan. National teams of Brazil and Belgium made for the semifinal this day in the «Kazan Arena» football stadium. The streets of Kazan were filled with fans singing songs, arranging bright and colorful carnivals, waving national flags.
KNRTU-KAI, or more precisely, the future Interactive Museum inside the Tu-144 aircraft, joined the football festival. This day, anyone could take a picture near the aircraft with the national teams’ flags, and receive memorable gifts with the logo of the Tu-144.
Most importantly that many guests were amazed to find out that the Tu-144 took off for two months before his British-French colleague and rival – Concorde.
Also, foreign visitors could learn about the history of the legendary airliner and the future museum.
