The winners of the «Skillful Verb» contest for media and journalists met the project of the future museum.
On Monday, October 8, the winners of the annual contest «Skillful Verb» visited KNRTU-KAI. The competition is organized for media and journalists covering the issues of culture and art by the V. Potanin Foundation.
Representatives of the mass media and press services from Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and Kazan was shown around the supersonic passenger plane Tu-144. The event was organized by the endowment fund of KNRTU-KAI. Alexey Ryabov, Head of the inter-faculty laboratory of aircraft design and equipment, told about the history of the legendary airliner, its technical features and the fate of the 77107 aircraft. The guests were presented the concept of a future interactive museum of technology based on the Tu-144 aircraft.
At the end of the meeting, the journalists said that they would take with them not only material for future publication, but also a new hobby - they would closely watch the creation of the museum and look forward to the invitation to open.
The contest «Skillful Verb» has been conducted by the V. Potanin Foundation as part of museum programs for the third year in a row. We remind that earlier the project of the created museum was presented at the forum «Museum Guide», which is also conducted by the V. Potanin Foundation annually.
